Who you are dealing with
Loving Pet Cremations is operated by Pasecom Group Ltd. We collect pets and arrange their cremation. We are not a crematorium: cremations are carried out at an APHA-approved partner crematorium.
Requests and confirmation
The booking form is a request, not a contract. A booking is made only when we confirm the collection time and price with you and you pay. Until then, neither of us is committed.
Prices
Prices on this site include VAT. The price we confirm includes the cremation band, any window or Sunday charge, and mileage for addresses outside our core area. Mileage shown on the form is an estimate; we confirm the exact figure before you pay. If the weight band is clearly different from the one chosen, we tell you and agree the price before collection.
What we provide
- Collection of your pet from the agreed address in the agreed window.
- An individual cremation at an APHA-approved partner crematorium.
- The ashes in a scatter tube with a certificate, returned to you.
We will tell you the expected return date when we confirm. We will do our best to meet the window we agree; if something outside our control delays us, we will tell you as early as we can.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before we set off to collect and receive a full refund. Because you are asking us to start the service straight away, once your pet has been collected the service is under way and the cremation charge is not refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items with your pet
Please tell us about any collar, blanket or toy you would like returned. Items that go to the crematorium with your pet may not be returned.
Our responsibility
We take care of your pet from collection until the ashes are returned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Complaints and law
If something goes wrong, tell us through the contact form and we will put it right where we can. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
