Questions people ask
Is my postcode in the core area?
Core postcode districts are LE9, LE10, CV10, CV11, CV12, CV13, LE3, LE8, LE18, LE19 and the south and west of LE2 (LE2 3 to LE2 9). Collection there is included in the price.
How accurate is the mileage on the form?
It is an estimate: the straight-line distance from Earl Shilton to the middle of your postcode district, with an allowance for roads. We confirm the exact mileage before you pay.
Do you collect from Derby or Nottingham?
Yes, with mileage added. Those are longer trips, so we agree the day and time with you when we confirm rather than promising the earliest window.
What if my postcode is further away?
Send the request anyway. If it is outside our usual area, we will tell you honestly whether we can help before any payment is taken.
