Each price includes collection in our core area, individual cremation, a scatter tube and a certificate. A chosen two-hour slot is £25 extra; evenings and Sundays are £45 extra. All prices.
Collecting a dog from home
Dogs are heavier than people expect, and the house is often full on the day. Tell us about stairs, a narrow hall or a long path on the form, and we plan the lift so it is calm and dignified.
If you would rather the children did not see the collection, book a window when they are at school, or tick “please do not knock” and we text when we arrive.
From the vet
If your dog is being put to sleep at the surgery, you can book the collection in advance for the next morning or afternoon. Give the surgery’s name on the form and we arrange it with them. You do not need to take your dog home first.
Your pet is cremated alone at an APHA-approved local crematorium. We collect them, stay with the arrangements, and bring their ashes home.

How much does dog cremation cost?
£199 for a dog up to 15 kg, £229 for 15–30 kg and £259 for 30–45 kg, including collection in our core area, individual cremation, a scatter tube and a certificate. Over 45 kg we give you a price before you pay.
I do not know my dog’s weight. What should I pick?
Pick the closest band. Your vet’s records will usually have a recent weight. If we think the band is different, we tell you when we confirm, before any payment.
Can you carry a large dog out of the house?
Yes. Tell us the weight band and anything about access, such as stairs or a narrow path, so we come prepared to move them with dignity.
Can you collect my dog from the vet after they are put to sleep?
Yes. Choose “veterinary surgery” on the form and give the surgery’s name. You can book the collection before the appointment, so it is already arranged.
Is my dog cremated on their own?
Yes. Every booking is an individual cremation at an APHA-approved crematorium, and the ashes you get back are your dog’s.
